Our Matcha is made from Kabusecha, the type of tea harvested in mid‐May. Shaded in the last few weeks of their growth, the tea gets a milder and sweeter taste. After being harvested, the Kabusecha tea leaves are milled to a powder to create our Wholly Matcha. This tea offers the full benefits of whole tea leaves, is easy to drink, and is great for desserts!

Kuradashi literally means “freshly out of the cellar.” Ichibancha is harvested in the spring, stored in a stable condition, and aged for the entire summer. This process results in a fresh spring tea with a delicious balance of Umami and astringency.

Our Genmaicha is a blend of organic Ichibancha Sencha, roasted organic Genmai (brown rice) and organic Matcha. The beautiful harmony of color, aroma and texture makes our blended Genmaicha very comforting. The perfect companion for relaxing times.

This medium-steamed green tea (chumushi cha) brews a light golden-green cup with a sweet aroma of freshly cut young leaves. Its refreshing, clean flavor and mild, pleasing astringency on the palate makes it an excellent accompaniment to any occasions.
